Adv. Sunil Ahya is a practicing advocate before the Supreme Court of India and the Bombay High Court, handling matters in Constitutional Law, Civil Disputes, and Public Interest Litigation.
With over two decades of prior experience in the electronics industry, he brings a practical and analytical approach to complex legal issues. He is actively involved in road safety and urban mobility initiatives as Convenor (Road Safety), Mumbai Mobility Forum, and is associated with WORSPA.
He has also been engaged in the Right to Information (RTI) movement for over 15 years, representing Maharashtra at national forums.
